Terms and Conditions
We currently only sell online to customers residing in the UK, USA, Canada, EU and Australia. Customers from other countries may place an order with us via email. These terms and conditions apply to sales made to customers residing in the afore mentioned countires. Other terms & conditions will apply to customer from other countries.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they understand the terms and conditions, before a sale is completed. Completion of sale is regarded as the placing of an online or telephone order. Once an order is placed this is regarded as the completion of sale. Conditions of Sale:
Any goods that are not required should be returned in their original condition & unworn/unused with original packaging & original receipt, within 14 days for UK customers and 28 days for international customers and we will refund you the cost of the goods in full. Until you return the goods, you should keep them in safe custody and away from strong odours. Goods that are not received during the returns period may not be refunded. Delivery costs including packaging costs will not be refunded, even where goods have not been received within the aimed delivery times. No goods will be dispatched unless payment has been authorised/cleared.
Please note that Muslimah Essentials™ Ltd will not refund any postage and packaging charges nor will it be held liable for any postage & packaging charges on returned items. Additionally, Muslimah Essentials™ Ltd will not be held liable for any delay, loss or damage caused to items during their delivery to the customer or on return of items. It will be the customer's responsibility to take necessary action against the delivery agent. All product prices are cash prices inclusive of VAT where applicable. No discount will be offered to customers where VAT is not chargeable. Muslimah Essentials™ Ltd reserves the right to alter any of the prices and promotions advertised on this website, without prior notice. Please note that all promotions are subject to availability. If there is a request to exchange the goods, Muslimah Essentials Ltd reserves the right to charge an exchange fee however a customer would be informed of this prior to return fo goods.
SPECIAL NOTE: Please notify us before returning unwanted items, either by phone or email and get a free postage certificate from your post office when retuning goods. Muslimah Essentials Ltd will not be held liable for goods returned to an incorrect address where a customer has failed to inform of the return via email / phone.
All stated delivery times are aims. We can not gaurantee any delivery times and will not be held liable where goods do not arrive in time. When goods are in stock we seek to deliver within 10 working days ( for UK customers) and 21 working days (for non-UK customers)of approving your order & clearing of payment. We will otherwise give you an indication of likely delivery. In some circumstances, if an article is unavailable, we will contact you for selection of an alternative item. Muslimah Essentials™ Ltd reserves the right to accept in part or in full, or decline any order or request for credit placed in respect of the products advertised on the website. Customers are requested to read and understand the important product after-care information listed on this page. Muslimah Essentials™ Ltd will not be held responsible for damage caused to any products/items, owing to a failure to comply with the product after-care information. Calls are charged at the local rate, charges from mobile phones will vary, please consult your operator for further details.
Please note that the colours on the website may vary due to screen colours and photography light. Text descriptions should be used to understand colours fully.
Any queries regarding any of our terms & conditions must be raised prior to the completion of a sale. These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Trading Area & VAT
Muslimah Essentials™ Ltd only offers for sale (subject to certain stated exceptions) merchandise advertised on it's website within the United Kingdom, USA, EU, Canda & Australia. All prices are VAT inclusive where VAT is chargeable. Where VAT is not chargeable nor accountable to the HM Customs & Excise, no discount is given on prices stated in the catalogue. The prices stated in the catalogue represent cash prices inclusive of any VAT liability. Where VAT is chargeable, Muslimah Essentials™ Ltd reserves the right to amend its prices to reflect any changes in VAT during the catalogue season. Any new prices will appear on the invoice.
Data Protection
Muslimah Essentials™ Ltd is registered to hold personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998. We search the files of credit reference agencies who record the search and share information about you and the conduct of your account with them, other lenders and relevant third parties.
We check everyone's details with fraud prevention agencies and if anyone gives us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we record this. We and other organisations use such records to make decisions about credit and claims for you, members of your household and those with who you are financially linked, to prove identity, for money laundering prevention and fraud prevention.
We may also use your information, including shopping habits, for our marketing purposes. If you do not wish us to contact you by e-mail or SMS messaging for marketing purposes, please telephone us on 08703003970.

Product After-Care
Every effort has been made to ensure that all clothing items come with care labeling as standard. We want to take the guess work out of caring for your garments. We have taken care to ensure that most garments are machine-washable, for your convenience. However we recommend hand-washing or dry-clean for more delicate clothing items, including all scarves & shawls. Please be aware that there may be some colour-run from some clothing items. We recommend that you wash dark colours together, light colours together and whites separately. We also recommend that clothing items, particularly more delicate items, are washed inside out to protect the clothing from machine damage. We do not gaurantee any stones, embroideries or other finishes to garments. We do not gauratnee against the loss of stones/crystals in any pins and brooches after they have been received or during delivery to the customer.
Please be aware that the garments are not fire-proofed and all usual precautions should be taken. Although care has been taken to ensure clothing quality, in some cases the fabric of the clothing may experience some 'bobbling'. This is normal outcome of wear & should not be a concern. Extra care must be taken on wearing & caring for items from the special occasion wear collections, as fine & delicate fabrics have been used in their manufacture to make them suitable for special occasion wear.
The costume jewellery from the Muslimah Accessories Collection should be treated with care. Please keep the jewellery away from small children & corrosive substances. Please make sure you do not leave them on a scarf destined for the washing machine!
WARNING: There may be other companies and websites that are similar in name to 'Muslimah Essentials'. 'Muslimah Essentials' is the registered trademark belonging to Muslimah Essentials Ltd. any use of the name by competitors or organisations of any kind will be regarded as a violation of UK trademark laws and Muslimah Essentials Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate (legal) action. Please check with us for details of all genuine stockist and websites.
