Delivery Times & Charges

Previously delivery charges were included in our pricing. We have had to restructure this to meet our adminstrative costs & requirements. Delivery options can be chosen at the checkout.

UK Standard Delivery is a flat fee of £4.95. Only five items can be purchased at a time since our postage costs are weight-based and we do not subsidise postage costs through our product prices. We aim to deliver within 7 - 10 working days. Please note that our standard delivery is not sent via recorded post, since we have found customers have more problems receiving there parcels when they are recorded!

A 3 working day express delivery is also available at a supplement and parcels are sent via courier. There is a limit of 5 items per an express delivery.  In some cases we may be able to offer a next-day service provided you call the customer service line and the items are in stock.

Orders from countries outside the UK are now accepted. Delivery costs start from £7.95 for a parcel and delviery usually takes between 14-21 working days. In some cases delivery may take longer, however once goods have been sent we really have no control over the delivery times. We appreciate that the international costs are expensive however they reflect the UK costs of international shipping and we believe it would be unfair to our UK customers to increase our product prices to subsidise these costs.

SPECIAL NOTE:

As per the notice on the front page, we are suspending business over the Holiday period since we have had many parcels not delivered on time or lost by all the companies that we have used to try and get parcels out to customers. It takes us a lot of time and expense to make claims for lost items and of course, you the customer, will still be upset that you didn't receive your items as desired.
